I cannot change the camera when connected in a session.

We currently have a known issue where users are unable to change the camera they are using in the session so that the other party can see them.

Here are some quick steps to help you resolve the issue while we put a permanant fix in place. 

Step 1: Join your session from your dashboard and click on the Green “Join” button to see what webcam is currently being used.

Step 2: Click the Gear Icon to open "Session Settings"

Step 3: Click on the “Video Input” dropdown to select your new webcam

Step 4: Close the “Session Settings” by clicking on the X in the upper right corner

Step 5: Click “End Session"

Step 6: Click “Join"

And you’re done! Mirror Care will now be using the new webcam that you have selected.
